1. Who we are

Streetwear Tycoon ("the app", "we") is an independently published mobile game. For any question about this policy, contact us at magetixcom@gmail.com.

2. No account, no personal data collected by us

The app never asks you to create an account, and never asks for an email address or name. All of your game progress (virtual currency, designs created, business level, etc.) is stored only on your device. We have no access to any of this data, and none of it is ever sent to a server of ours.

3. In-app purchases

If you make a purchase in the app (diamonds, packs, ad removal...), it is processed by:

Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), who handle the payment itself — we never see your banking information.
RevenueCat, our subscription and in-app purchase management provider, which receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app and the transaction information needed to validate your purchase and let you restore it on another device. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device (e.g. a production-complete reminder) — no data is sent to any server for this.

5. No advertising tracking

The app does not integrate any third-party advertising SDK and does not track your activity for advertising purposes, on this app or others.

6. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data about them.

7. Your rights

Since we do not store any personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to delete beyond what RevenueCat handles for purchase processing. For any request to access, correct, or delete data processed by RevenueCat, contact us at the address above and we will relay your request.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app evolves (for example if new features require collecting new data). The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed accordingly.
